Coker Rehabilitation Services is a contract therapy company providing occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy to pediatric and geriatric home health agencies and schools in northeast and central Texas. Coker Rehab was founded in Corsicana, Texas by John Coker, PT in 2003 with himself as the only employee.

Mr. Coker graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998. He practiced in the hospital setting in his hometown of Paris, Texas until 2000. Prior to opening Coker Rehab, Mr. Coker was the Director of Outpatient Physical Therapy at Medical Arts Clinic in Corsicana, Texas.

Coker Rehab is co-owned by Ashley Coker, OTR. Mrs. Coker graduated from Texas Women’s University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Mrs. Coker worked in numerous school settings, Early Childhood Intervention, and The Medical Center of Plano before opening Centex Therapy Services in 2006.

Mr. and Mrs. Coker married in 2009 and shortly thereafter, Centex Therapy Services merged with Coker Rehabilitation Services. Today, Coker Rehab employs over 100 therapists and has grown to become one of the larger providers of contract therapy services in Texas.

Mr. and Mrs. Coker reside in Dallas and practice therapy in numerous counties with the office of Coker Rehab located in Dallas. Coker Rehab has several full time administrators who provide cheerful, efficient solutions while serving as the liaison to the customer.

Coker Rehab is founded on its principles of making the patient our first priority, excellent clinical staff, and ethical decision making. The business has a twenty four hour documentation policy and has the staff to ensure reliability of services. Coker Rehab provides electronic documentation using TherapySync software.
